If i use my trial account to cheat, could they ban my other account?

They have done bans by CC number if you're doing something they feel is nasty enough.

get one of those visa gift cards if your planning to create a hacking account so they can ban the card but it wont effect you

wrong they didnt ban the Credit card number

I did get banned once... 3 characters lost they banned the POL id so if u have 10 characters in that POL id and u get banned 10 characters will be lost (usually 2 consecutive SAME viaolation will result in a ban)

I bought a new copy, and use my usual credit card number again and it works

Actually they are right momus, they will ban multiple POL IDs if they link to the same credit card or IP. They arent saying that you cant start a new account with the same credit card, theyre just saying they can trace it. So if you hacked a bunch on an account and got banned, then went and bought another copy of the game to make a new POL ID, and they catch you cheating again, there is a good chance they will not even give you a second chance and just ban the new one, cause they do know that you used the same CC#, or that you log in from the same IP.

holy !@#$%^&* so when u get banned you lose your game ID tags ? so they ban the box you bought aswell not just the account u make?

They dont just go looking to ban accounts.

But if you repeatedly get caught on multiple accounts, they will trace the CC if u used the same one, or perhaps see if you use the same IP. Then they will probably just start banning you as they spot you. Depends on what the GM assigned to your case feels like.
