Yeah I would call them Sounds pretty stupid that they would ban all your accounts, but then again, who says GM's are smart. I think they are gilsellers ... why else do they never care about GS running around mass claiming mobs but yet when we "monopolize" a mob, we get suspended/banned for it.

Okay they said they're not refunding my money for this month. And I'm not playing, cant play rather for the next 3 weeks left of this month. Thats at least 38 dollars and thats legally enough for me to file a civil lawsuit. I'm annoyed at SE it's time someone takes slaps them back. WTF do I pay for? I pay to have fun not to get fked over. POL: I see that there is no lift date so I believe your account is banned.
Me: But I wasn't playing with any cheats it was my (friend who was actually my cheat account) frined who said he was suspended.
POL: Well If a GM notices that your computer has any hacks on it will suspend you.
Me: I wasn't running anything ( I really wasn't) and FFXI just disconnected me and I was not able to get on. Same thing happened to my little brother (truth).
POL: A GM dectected that if any cheat on your computer is loaded (meaning that POL can detect whats turned on, on your computer) they can suspect you and suspend you.
Me: But I wasn't, I told you before, this is really ridicoulous. I was suspended with no warning what so ever.

EDIT: He thought I was joking but I am a foruth year (6 year program) of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institue's Business Law and Managment and Technology Dual Major and an Economics Minor. No I was not bullshitting him when I said I was going to file a lawsuit if I don't get my accounts back. That customer service agent was rude and hurtful. I do understand my lawsuit will probably be quashed before it even gets to a judge's hand. But I will try my best. I've been pushed pass beyond my limit of patience. Issue a chargeback for the last payments. It's some paperwork but if you feel you've been insulted enough then it's so worth it.

Why? Because if there's enough chargebacks the credit card company will complain on S-E.

The ToS basically states that you MUST read it before playing the game. It also states that you must agree with it before playing the game. The ToS, which you agree to by playing, states that you cannot sue them. There asses are covered.

Yeah sue those bastards. If you check out Better business Bereau you'll see they're at the bottom of the list for customer service. rated WORST in North america. I might just do that so credit card companies can give them a hard time.
