Yep it would be good. I really don't understand why you've put the stamina hack in XIFish, it should definetly be taken out. You have a good Human Emulator method for realing in fish, and from what i understand from reading posts of users here the stamina hack will get you an almost instant perma ban.
XIFish looks like you used to be able to target certain fish but checking for Ids, which would be a means of canceling all !!!s if you wernt looking to fish up big fish, but it seems that the fish library doesnt work, and it's not posible to actually specify specific fish any more?

No, it wont. Anyone who tells you that it will is an idiot.

So any new bots coming out? Ex. Farming, Pos, Claim, etc... any thing that does not involve fishing? And save the "pos=ban" comments, heard them all.

Then why not listen? If you use POS, you WILL get banned.

XIFish, FFXIService and the new FFXIViperBot are being worked on.

Current ETA is 2 weeks. The old XIFish is basically being retired and all of its functionality is being moved into a TaultUnleashed version of the new FFXIViperBot. This will be a free upgrade for all TU members, so you will not need to pay for it when it is ready.

I am updating the other threads as well.

The main reason behind this is the xifish was created by a different person (ie not me) and alot of things never worked, and the ones that did, didnt work very well.

FFXIService was based on Xunleashed, which while is good, it doesnt have vista support yet.

I dont like to attach my name to any thing that is only partially working. So if I'm going to fix it, i'm going to fix it right. I will be making an official FFXIViperBot announcement later this week and open up some beta testing for those interested.

Oh yeah, now I remember! Cuz Gateway is a bunch of !@#$%^&* who put Vista-only compatible hardware into my laptop (Hitachi HDD) so that I have a 0% chance of downgrading to XP, regardless of whether or not I ever figure out how to with the SATA drivers....

Microsoft sucks. Use linux. I havent booted microsucks crap OS for months now. You dont really realize how unbelievably bad their operating systems are until you use linux.

Honestly it's really up to the person using it. It's rather pointless it's sort of like saying smoking will cause cancer, yeah it will but hell, i still smoke lung darts. What's so wrong with having some fun beffore u, get banned. Hell it's prob a good thing for some people treat this game like if it was rl.

i have used this for about 3 years or more and i am quite pleased with it, great job on everything! i am living proof of using this for over 3 years. the amount that was fished up i can make 8 relics lol, but yea there has always been good support for this game. every big issue was addressed and had some way to resolve for people to continue on with this prog.

ayyeee i cant wait for a new xunleashed windower for ffxi. that would rock. one that doesnt open 6 other windows -_- xunleashed windower has always treated me better than that !@#$%^&* windower 3.1-70 has. even now i if i use windower from the website my pc disconnects 10 minutes in. poopy...

I would use Linux, but from everything I've read, you can't use FFXI on Linux, so that kinda screws me over....

One of the few drawbacks to linux is that many games are not supported on the linux/unix platform. There are a few games that will run and function properly under wine/cedega but FFXI is not one of them.

And FFXI is the only game I really play nowadays anyway, so I'm stuck with Microsoft ; ;
