Recording : DAOC Discussion

I am wanting to do some filming, is there a way to record without the unleashed showing up. Or do i have to close it every time i go to record? [B)]

You can turn off the yellow xunleashed in the options tab of the client. Uncheck the Display Logo checkbox.

I know that, but when i hit record it records everything on the screen including my special map.

No, there is no way around that besides turning off the map. YOu can use the shortcut keys like ctrl-ins-1, ctrl-ins-2, etc if you dont want to use your mouse to turn off the xu windows.
