Since the last update on Wed, Feb. 25th, I have been crashing straight to desktop several times in a night. I have another account on a second computer doing the same thing. Anyone else having this problem, or have an idea to fix? [:-banghead]

I'm using XU version 3.0, DAoCUnleashed service is 2.5.6.83, and using the USA SI server for map.

Are you playing SI? Do you have Isles in your launch path on the options tab?

I am using SI client ingame as well as SI server for map, and I have the SI game.dll hooked. I am aware of the problem with choosing the wrong map server ingame that crashes. It works as it always has before and I haven't changed any settings since before or after patch, but seems to crash to desktop every so often as I am playing. Sometimes I get a few hours, sometimes I get a few mins.

This is getting really frustrating. Log in, 10 mins later crash to desktop, rinse repeat. I play without the map and no desktop crashing.[:-banghead] 4 times in 2 hours so far today.

I'm not sure what is causing it. Have you tried classic or toa to see if the problems are just si related?

I tested using the ToA client/map server and no crashes to desktop the 4+ hours I was playing. I don't have the classic client installed to test that.

PS- I have enjoyed this service for several months and appreciate the work you have put into making this a well worth product, two thumbs up. [:D]
