Is there /any/ way that I can wear a set of mandalorian armor as a non Commando/Bounty Hunter?

Yes only visible to yourself though, not to other people.

Yes you can but you must download a mod and it's only visible to you.

Not sure if it still work's (I got suspended for this) but go to the respec girl, ask for the prof change, make sure you have your mando on (I used the cloak of hate) Ctrl shift h, open inventory ctrl shift h overload it, go to a SP terminal, fly to restuss or anywhere far from the girl, respec.

I had doubble armor/Stats/krevakki bonus as a BH.

Yes, you can.
With a recent officer update they have included master officer alongside master commando and master bounty hunter for Mandalorian Armor certification.
