Find a outpost near a city (on intrepid server there is one located near mos tuskia) in town look for a rebel or imp terminal;(rebel in mos tuskia; as is the outpost) get a couple of missions as close as possible to the outpost; when you attack the mission post run to the outpost ( make sure you shoot at least one time to each attacker) then let the outpost combatents help attack after the attacks are done you should recieve faction points for each kill.

Then when you return to the mission site there will be new attackers waiting to be drawn in again.
