Faster way to crate MOD Bits : SWG Premium Discussions

Not sure if this is common knowledge yet, but since the nerf, we had to go back to making the pain in the butt Mod bits with Junk.

Bit slower at first, but I've noticed that once you have two stacks of pieces of Junk, say 150 Chassis BluePrints and 150 ledgers, you can put the two items on your RE tool still stacked at 150 but on the tool shows you only have 1/2 items.

This way you can right click, and keep on hitting 5 Reverse Engineering as long as you like.. (till inv is full).
This is a much quicker way rather than splitting your stack and using your Junk Items one by one...

Works well for me.. thanks

Yeah, I thought this was the way it was supposed to work, it's certainly what I do.

My personal preference is to have 2 RE tools at the ready, one with my 2 stacks of junk loot in to create the mod bits, and the other ready to load up with my power bits/clothes with SEA's that I'm RE'ing. That way I just RE a few mod bits at a time, then get some more out when I run out, helps with inventory management I find, but what works for me, might not be the best way for others.

Thanks for that.
Being doing RE since the PUP exploit, so wasn't sure if this method was widely used.

Makes sense to have two tools and use the MOD bits as you go..

Thanks

You ARE joking right? You've only just realised this? Were you splitting your junk and dragging it into the RE tool? LOL
