In Chapter 7 PSG's will now have sockets and old PSG's with AA's on will be wiped.

SO can an Armorsmith RE an RE +9 mod onto a PSG?

plus 2 other bits just like clothes?

yeah, but he coud just use the belt, since he doesnt need the protection

No. Do not expect to get a EXOTIC mod on your psg or belt.

If you do, please post how you did it, as that would be a wonderful exploit.

Is Block value seen as an exotic one?

So a PSG with Pre/Str/BV shouldn't be possible?

You can use block value on anything, like camo it has to be the first order.
