If you do not kill the warlords in the 2nd phase of the tusken then no new warlord will spawn to replace them.

This means you can just aggro the warlords when they spawn on thier lines into the city and just drag them till they get stuck on buildings/walls etc if they become unstuck just rinse and repeat, very easy to kill the non elite Berserkers when you drag the warlord.

This makes it easy to get 0 citizen deaths, as it is usualy the warlords and berserkers that kill them .

ie. on the left side of the cantina towards the mansio house there is a warlord and berserker line that spawn and walk down to the university and the hotel, often they can kill the citizens/experts that come to these buildings, just aggro the warlord and run into the university or round the buildings for a bit and he will get stuck for a while, then kill the berserkers, when the warlord gets unstuck he will run back to his spawn point and just rinse and repeat keep drawing him and getting him stuck, same thing happens on the other spawns easy to get the ones stuck at watto's too.

This is common knowledge and in some of the guides on the SOE forums...

Also, send you're citizens to the Combat Hall first for militia.
