Listen to an ent and max out, make sure the ent is near the outside of a building (example, next to door of PA hall) now walk outside, pull out your ITV without stopping listening/watching and leave to another town. Next time you walk up to ent just get maxed buff without waiting.

anyway, cant do this at starport cantinas, has to be done in player city cantina's.

Dant MO is a good place as long as you don't go all the way into the SP terminal. Anyway, I posted this a while back.
