well you can keep that costume on and travel to other planets with the help of friends, just use group pickup. the costume remains, still on its 30 min timer unfortunately. ITV's also work for planet travel

Also if you have the costume cooldown, and the guy wont give you another costume you can reset your expertise and get a new costume. which can be handy for switching costumes to get one you want.

it does clear your daily Halloween coin limit debuff as well. but it resets the timer when you try to trick or treat again!! grrr. i had my timer down to 19 hrs, and it reset it to 23:59:59

guess it's intended that you keep your costume while traveling... iirc there's something in the publish notes or the last friday feature...

BUT: you have to travel by public shuttle, not your own POB / fighter. You have to use the ticket terminal / ticket collector at the starport.
