Did you ever check your War Terminal and see that the "Player Base Max" is 25 (always is), but sometimes the "Total Player Bases" is higher than max? Read carefully:

I know the trick where you can drop multiple bases quickly to exceed the planet cap. For example, there's room for only 1 base on the planet, but if you quickly drop 2 or 3 bases you can exceed the limit before the server catches on.

BUT, somehow the ratio will be 25/25 where there is no way to add any bases, then suddenly there are 4 bases over the cap! I've seen it as high as 32/25!

Anyone know how to do this? I find myself constantly removing other player's bases so I can put down my own.
