Hey I know there are many posts about leveling in SWG... But now that its winter break and i got all the time in the world I want to start working on a L90 alt..

What's the fastest way i could level quickly, and get tons of while doing it a certain way. What's the best profession too?

Entertainer is fastest. Get to 90 afk, do the legacy, do NOT click complete on the quests. Respec to combat when legacy is done, then click complete on all the quests you've done- should be around level 55 after this, an ent buff should help you get higher.

For flatout experience and leveling, I've found the Meatlump Themepark is best from 65 onwards, and certainly from 80 onwards, as experience payout scales to level such that you'll level s much at 65 as you do at 80.

What to you mean by do NOT click complete on the quests do them but dont finish the legacy then start leveling as an ent to L90??

As you complete a quest, you'll get a box similar to the journal window pop up. In it will the name and description of the mission you just ran, etc... in the lower left there is a "complete" button. If you do NOT press enter or click complete, but instead press the escape button, the mission will be flagged as finished, but not completed in your journal.

So, what you do is set up the standard afk ent macro - google works for this, though I am sure it is here on this site as well - and AFK level an ent to 90. Once you get to 90, you do all of the legacy quests- but not pressing complete on a mission end, instead pressing the Escape button. When you finish the Legacy quests, you then respec to a combat class (Jedi, Bounty Hunter, Spy, whatever), and get an entertainer buff for a bonus to experience gained. Only then do you open your journal, and 'complete' each mission- gaining combat experience, and thus levels, more easily than by going into the legacy quests as a combat character at the levels you are supposed to be doing them at.

Not sure if 2 - 3 days is fastish, but I'm about to hit lvl 90 after 2 days of afk grinding. AFK grinding in a grind group. For 2 days straight. Non-stop.

Nothing special. No tricks. Just afk kill non-stop all day in a high-spawn area and you're good to go. As long as there are like 1 or 2 90's in the group you should be good, even if starting at lvl 1. You get like 80xp per kill at first. It starts slow. But if you leave it there for literally 48 hours then even the small amount of XP you'r earning adds up fast.

I know this is kind of old but id be glad to level u up to 90 for free. I have over 10 accounts with ever profession possible. I run in there with my toons and i leveled 6 lvl 5 or 1s to 90 in about a week of afk whatching tv and playing video games on my tv. Send me a msg or post in a forums i posted in im not sure how to get in contact with ppl on this site, but i would gladly level u up to 90 no matter how many toons cuz of the 2 if not more toons i need to hit 90. Was able to get at least 4 if not 5 toons to 90 in about a week or two literally so if u ever wanna grind since i have 2 toons that need to hit 90 lemme know send a mail to spar'ks if your on flurry. And trust me it does not star slow u sky rocket through the levels untill u hit around lvl 60 or 70. Sry im drunk atm so make sure u leave me a mail or feel free to email me at sparktite@live.com

Old post I know, but I was under the impression you only get 1xp when grouped with a 90.

Used to be, they changed it so it scales pretty well.

Group grinding is back. You can group with a bunch of 30s kill lvl 70 mobs and get between 800 and 1400 per kill. We had 8 lvl 22s killing level 70s at the dantari village getting more then 1k per kill.

I tried it with a LVL90 DSJ and a lvl8 Commando and only got 1 xp per...asked some guild buds and they said your lower lvl has to be above cl45 to gain exp from the higher lvl...havnt tested it yet.

You must all be within 10 levels of each other to get max XP for the lowest level toon.
