admin help : EVE Online General Discussions

i just paid for a yearly subscription from this site, and when i try to access the member only content it tells me i have to pay again...what is up with this? unless this gets settled soon i'm going to have no other route than to dispute my payment through paypal

well if you read around before you posted this there are times where the premium giving messes up. what you do to fix this is PM tault_admin with what e-mail you paid from and the transaction ID. it will be fixed within 24-72 hours but it is generally a lot faster. allow up to 72 hours because tault_admin has occasional streches where he does not log on due to real life
