Target Macro has good aspects and bad ones. Its window specific (the macro will run a background copy of SB), righting a macro is quite easy and fast. The down side is you cant save or pause macros and because of the last patch the presets no longer work.
After you load all your SB accounts, load target macro. Click on one of the SB's in the window and click on go to selected window, do this untell you get to the account you want. Go to file->connect, then custom macro->custom sequence of keys. It brings up a window with 10 keys to macro(one of the other bad aspects). Click on set and then hit a hot key, underneath is were u set the interval untell the next(in seconds). hit began and the macro will run untell you stop it. If you want to run more than one macro you'll have to open a new target macro.
