how do u make a target nearest NPC and looting hotkey?

iam not sure if i understand u... but if u r talking wat i think u r talking about, open the action menu and drag the "next target" and "pick up item" icons on to your quick task bar on the side. if for example u dragged those two icons to 1 and 2, just press f1 and f2 to use.

but if u go in options and activate enter chat u can use 1-9 instead i play with enter chat enabled but thats just me oh uh basically u have to press enter before you can type to chat and such it also makes it so u can use a,s,d,w as direction keys and move with them

and if u dont like enter chat
just use the alt buttons in combination with 1-10
i.e. Slot 1 = ALT+1

if you want to switch pages, use alt+F1-F10
i.e. Your on page 1, and want to switch to page two. Press ALT+F2

enter chat is a pain, and i dont see why u would want to use WASD in a game that requires u to walk around so much
especially when A and D are rotate, and you cant use mouse to look unless u hold right click down.

enter means less buttons to push heh yeah just hold alt + #'s then spin around while patting your head i prefer enter chat i play fast
