sorry but it has been listed on alot of sites as
kuarl bugbear lvl 40 around the hunters village

Well, then both mobs drop them. I got mine off the Leto's.

those bugbears drop tons of !@#$%^&* i got like 20 shield fragments 5 headgears and kite shield crap and multiple iron ore/varnish/ dropped a brig shield too last night.
