can anyone give a detailed definition of the following ... : Lineage 2 General Discussions

can any one tell with the longest details as possible what the difference between : farming - power leveling ? they both have something to do with botting .

I know that farming is meant to be for collecting adena.
PL obviously as it said to level up.


BUT I believe there's more than that , and what are the strategies or technique for both of them ? and where to farm/PL ? how do u farm/PL ?


and if you got more info. dont hesitate to share .. .

Farming
Every player in the game of lineage farm's at one stage or another. There are different kinds of farming. I remember in C2 even seeing a farmer made just to spoil Emi bow shafts called EmiBaby.

Farmers are usually the bot groups that farm a location high in adena & drops such as Dragon Valley Cave.


Power Levelling
Power levelling now there’s a subject. There are more kinds of power levelling that you can poke a stick at.

There is in party power levelling. Where your Details are taken by a farmer company Such as igE they put you in a group of adena farming bots and then they just bot you until you are the desired level.
By far the cheapest power levelling service


There is out of party level. * Your still a member of the party * But your char is sat in a safe location as to avoid any death's and training attempts. You maintain control of your own char.
A little more expensive and less risky then in party


Then there is AOE power levelling. By far the dearest but you can not be ban for this kind of Power levelling. You can choose to maintain control of your char but it is quicker if you hand over the keys. This is also sometimes the fastest way to level but by far the most expensive.

There are other ways but not worth talking about.
