From the bridge between Oren and Giran : Lineage 2 General Discussions

If you ever wanted to save some cash and time you can make a quick trip from Giran area to Dion using 1 SOE, simply got to the Right just after the bridge, there is a cliff you can climb and if you make it close to the top you can use a simple soe and it takes you to Dion.

This trick is great for beginners who don't have much money and need quick short cut when doing quests that take them to Oren.

You can always check if you can travel faster simply using /loc to see if you can soe to the right place.
