What lvl is the best to get pollen : Lineage 2 General Discussions

So is the amount of pollen you get based on the lvl of your character or simply luck based assuming you are hunt green to yellow mobs?

low-lvl chars are better to get pollen,spoil helps,too!
When I say low-lvl I do not mean 1-10 but between 30 and 40 max! I has a spoiler and in 5 hours could get about 50 pollen :S!!!!
