Interesting thing with Azaril Windower : FFXI Submissions

Well I've always noticed that when you on the title bar to drag ffxi somewhere on your desk top everything on the screen freezes. Well I decided to see something. Dual box'd my chars (running them to cassie) i clicked on the title bar to freeze the char and on my other screen i saw that he was red dotting. Maybe this could be used for something else someone on here can think of. Just posting to let out all the possibilities if any. ^_^

edit: if you let go of your mouse off the title bar the char zooms forward if you're auto running (this is why i thought it was interesting)

If you're being honest here, then doing that is similar to using the Standby button, in which case people could do a lot of things with. If I still played FFXI, I would go and test it out, but I'll need someone else to verify this.

You can't control the character that is being dragged around. It's true that it also stalls your connection.. but the lack of control makes it hard to find a use for... if anyone thinks of something~

Guess you could time it with trying to get around mobs?
