Ok That i understand, i know that it's illegal, but we are customers after all even if we bot, Why can't they tell us why or what program we are using? if they're not sure how can they know we are cheating...? They must scan somehow. or they just ban us blindly....

This has been stated many times in many places and if SE is reading your memory to monitor for other processes then thay would require an update to the eula stating so. This is a violation of privacy rights and you must agree to it in the eula. since there is no mention of it in the eula currently and our good friend atti says that it does not call any api to read other processes on our pc's I am going to say that it is safe to assume that they are not reading our process list and that they are banning people by other means.

S/E is owned by sony. Sony music CDs installed a trojan on every pc that played the music cd. This trojan opened a back door that other hackers can exploit.

This was also not listed on their music CDs. They were also sued for it, but i dont know the outcome. Just some info on sony. Buy an xbox, !@#$%^&* sony.

I know it's way late, but I had to LOL at this....S/E owned by Sony... c'mon now lol...

Most likely they can tell you're cheating by the actions your PC has with their servers. They wouldn't need to actually scan your computer to tell if you're doing something illegal. All they need to do is look at your interactions with the server and compare it to other's and ultimately you could find out if it's normal behavior or if its bot-behavior (Completely theoretical, but makes a lot of sense if you think about it).
