Can't get new skills as warrior : KO Discussion

Status: Warrior level 31

As of Level 9, I have no longer been able to get any new skills. I spoke to the wizard looking guy at the far end of Moradon, and all it lets me do is Set New Experience points. It won't let me adjust my skill points and it definitely won't allow me to get any new skills. Is there a quest that I'm missing? I just can't figure it out. My character sucks with only Level9 worth of skills, but I have no other options except to start new.

Any one else run into this?

You have to be level 10 before the new skills..dont you read the annoying kid that keeps popping up..continue to level and the quests and new skills will come up..
