Player prisons : City of Heroes - Submissions

Someone getting you mad.. That nooby down at portal spaming for Powerlevling in PI or he/she wants a teleport to portal .. there too small to walk but get annoying.. If you have Recall friend .. Have a lil fun. The 2 watch towers in from of tina mcytire make excellent homes for your servers annoying noobs. You can tp them into the lil boxes. you gotta play around with the spot you put them in eventually youll find the spot and it will go white and its fun time. Note* This does not work in atlas park near Perez Park. Would be cool but it doesnt work there.
