it's quite sad. i thought the man was invincible. just google steve irwin and you'll find like 100 news reports

Haha no actually it wasn't stupid how he got killed. The chances of that happening are so slim.

he always did things that we knew where going to kill him. i had a hundred dollar bet with someone it would happen after he was 40 but i lost :(

yeah, he did really stupid stuff, he was bound to have an accident one of the times. It really wasnt a question of "if", it was "when".

people rarely die after being hit by one of those things, but it's just that it hit him right in the heart, unfortunate.

Well he did have a better chance than anyone like *scoff* Jeff Corwin. He knew what he was doing more than most people.

the video was in the hands of the police but i'm guessing the documentary's producer would get it back sooner or later

hmm might be, hard to say.

I just saw on the news that the family of Steve Irwin requested that the video tape of his death was destroyed after the investigation. Oh well, I guess I really would'nt even want to see it.

Yeah it was real sad when he died,

If the barb didnt hit his heart and missed by a few mm's he woulda still died cos the poisen woulda got in his blood to much/to fast
