my only concern about XU : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

XU is basically a DirectX wrapper right?

It has to execute the launchpad, then the launchpad executes the game...
It's not teribly difficult to trace the program that executed an app. Most apps have a flag set inside similar to "Executed by: "...

Does XU watch for this kind of detection by chance?
If so, how would i enable it?

It is launched the same say explorer launches apps when you double click it. Do no that would not work.
