EQ2 crafter help : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

Hello all.

I just got my subscription to xunleashed downloaded the client and installed the crafting plug in. I have never seen this thing work b4 so im not sure how its supposed to act but i dont think its workign properly for me.

I start up eq2 using the play button in the xunleashed client. i go to my crafting booth. i start the crafter from the bottom bar. i select what i want to make. Then i hit reconfig pick the fuel. then i click start crafting. i see a yellow circle go up around begin i go to that circle and the crafting session begins. the mouse starts going left and right with some yellow text telling me to press the button that corresponds to the buff but there is no request for a buff yet finaly when one pops up i press it so on and so forth through all the buffs but by the time im done it never actually presses any of the buffs whats the deal? i have my 3 buffs on 1,2,3 and the game is not in window mode what am i doing wrong? thanks for the help.

I am having the same type of problems. I go to the booth and config the macro to my tradeskill type. Sometimes XU clicks the correct buttons and then it will not click any buttons at all. Please let me know what is going on and any ideals on what to do. As well last night in Nectropos Castle EQ2 stopped working due to a memory leak, I do not know what memory address leaked but if it happens again I will write down the information Windows gives. It has never happened before until I started running XU. Just wanted to give the programmer a heads up on this problem.
Also I have another ideal, could XU be configured to have the lauch bar on top of the screen?

First, craft ONLY while eq2 is windowed. DO NOT use it full screen.

Next, make sure you LOCK your crafting windows.

alright ive tried window mode with no improvement, and yes the crafting window was locked.

alright i got it working i had to use a maximised window and have windows task bar hide behind windows. But today the program dosent want to run at all i keep getting an error at startup gonna reinstall and see if that fixes. if not ill be back Program works awsome once you get it going though thanks.

Well i reinstalled and im still getting an error every time i hit the play button on the client i sent the generated error report. Any one have a clue as to what might be going on. it dosent seem that xunleashed is crashing as its still runing and responding but the task bar never makes its apearance.

On the XULauncher application?

What is the error?

alright i uninstalled and reinstalled and turned off any programs that were in the task bar and its back to working again.
