Illegal bots : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

These harvesting bots and such programs are illagal. You guys know that, right? Why ruin the game for everyone else you sons of b*tches. Well I hope all of you that use such programs that can be downloaded from this site gets banned and, well, burns in hell.

The guy's just pissed that you have to pay to access the exploit boards I'd say....

FYI guest, if you bothered to read the public forums you'd see that this tool isn't for the novice, lots of script mods and general debugging is performed by the entire communtiy here, and in the spirit of 'open source' we share, here's something I'll share with you;

We are not the people that design a game so that it can be 'accessed' by tools like this, it's SOE's sloppy design that allow's this to happen, they could secure the data stream, encrypt the files and do all sorts of wonderfully techincal things to stop this, but they dont.

Riddle me this, I'll bet you have 'elaborated' on your tax return, made a 'backup copy' of a CD or two perhaps even cheated on your partner, been given the incorrect change at a store and keept it etc etc etc...

Yes, real life stuff, stuff that affects people not pixles, it's people like the script kiddies and code jockies here that may well one day use the skills learned and honed on projects like this to better something, make it more reliable, safer etc...

If you want to have a whine about something, go and hassle Bill Gates and the war mongering heads of just about every country for forcing everyone into their idea of a perfect world where corporate and political dictatorships rule supreme, we kill thousands of children every day in crapy little wars that don't need to happenand because !@#$%^&* about a stupid video game is more important than writing a letter or making a stand etc etc etc..
