Some updates notes

*** Desert of Flames ***

- Faction rewards for defeating certain opponents in Desert of Flames have been improved.
- The Black Queen will now respond properly after the Firewitch is defeated in the Court of Al'Afaz.


*** Quests ***

- Deputy Stoutgut will no longer give out a disappearing package.
- You can once again talk with Deputy Stoutgut to complete "I Hate Those Wimmin."


*** Items ***

- Keeper Robe of Quiescence and Ethereal Shield of Silence now work correctly.
- Barbute of the Djinn now has a more appropriate appearance.


*** Epic Encounters ***

- Those afflicted with the Curse of Insanity will find its effects more deadly. You will now see an icon when under its effects.
