Rather simple really, just go to Antonica and use an AoE spell on all the weak gnolls. In fact any place with a bunch of weak gnolls will do. Just gather as many language totems as possible and sell them to a fair merchant, go for about 10s a piece. The gnolls drop them constantly so it's pretty easy cash.

That's about it really, because the totems are stackable:)
