no shared bank slot : EverQuest 2 General Discussions

Hey Everyone I took a short break for about 2 years it seems I signd on to my 35 sk for the first time this week my guild is gone the people I play with are gone and I am loaded down with tons and tons of 12 and 16 slot bags and crates that are alll completely filled to the hilt, the problem i think im having is i started in qeynos and I betrayed the queen and was kicked out of the city now that I am in freeport im not sure if that was the reason for not being able to find the shared bank slot or not.

Or im just not setting it up right. I can not remember the first bank I banked in which i thought was beggars court however if there is a work around for my little challenge that Im having I would be awful greatful for any help while I learn how to play the game again. It has been a challenge by itself starting with a lvl 35 sk and a few lowerer lv alts but if i need to create more a certain way to make transfers I am willing to do so if i need too.
thank you in advance for anyone who could lead me in the right direction to gain some shared bank slots for all my crap because i have no clue whats valuable and whats not at this point.
