This is an excellent faming build that lets you take out any melee mobs(ettins ,siege golems, mintotaurs, grawl), with out the trouble of bonetti's defense.

[axe attack of your choice, adrenaline based(i recommend executioner's strike)]---YC
Start out by Casting BS and LV on your self. Then aggro 9-12 of your melee enemies. Do this by aggroing 3 at a time and running to the next mob, stopping periodically and letting tehm attack you. This rebuilds your energy and ensures that they follow you.
Then when you get enough enemies, let them surround you and cast VS, select a target and cast CA immedietly after. The CA heals you by about 200,imediately prepares your YC, and deals some damage to your enemies.
During the 4 second recast of CA, you have some options. Either renew VS, cast DS, cast JI, or your YC. Alternate this skills every CA recharge.
Right after your CA is done recharging,cast it again and pick an option.
Let's summarize that. You firstly use your upkeep skills, and then VS, Then CA,then option, then CA, then option.
now is the fun part. During the third CA recharge, CAst SoJ. The mobs will either stop attacking, which will give you an opportunity to unleash as many Executioners strikes as you can, killing them off one by one, or attack over and over again, getting knocked down and suffering 41 dmg everytime, eventually kiling themselves.If the mobs do this, proceed doing as many excecutioners strikes and CAs as you can.
If they aren't dead by now, reapeat a few times until they are dead.
Notes..
- dont worry about energy (well keep an eye one it)
- renew VS as soon as it starts blinking.
-be sure to use skills, or adrenal attacks, at least, when your in the 4 sec recharge.
- use CA as frequently as you can.
-stay away from enchantment breaking mobs.
- stay away from hexing based mobs.
-stick with melee warriors without disrupting attacks.
- use your adrenal attack often, as its free
- use DS and replace JI for balanced stance if youre battling knockdown meleers(ettins, grawl)
- only use this build on melee attackers.
- watch your upkeep skills if they are somehow removed.
- i manily use this for grawls right out side of beacons.
-overall, keep your eyes on the top left hand corner and the skill bar and youll be fine.
