POWER LvL in D'Alessio Seaboard : GW Submissions

First of all when you start in D'Alessio seaboard DO NOT START THE MISSION THIS IS IN THE OUTPOST you will see a bunch of red dots on your mini map and you go over there and c some nps killing them and the monsters come back will if you stand right by the white mantale savants they will kill them and you will get exp for it there fore if your a lvl 2 or 3 and just sit your computer for about an hour you will power lvl a couple levles while you do somthing else its that simple

Can premium members say yay or nay to this being moved to a confirmed section.

I assume you mean if you stand on the parapets actually in the shielded mission area rather than start the mission. If so I hadn't noticed the xp gain but if you're a lvl 2 or 3 and at D'alessio, I would assume you had been run there and so will then be run onwards rather than stay there?

Edited to say that I initially tested it with a level 20 character but after testing with a lower level character, it doesn't work. My character is level 11 and I'm not getting any exp. The +exp deal is showing, but it's all +0.
