SWG Guides - AFK grind in Ryatt trail : Star Wars Galaxies Guides

I didn't see this anywhere else so I figured I'd post it for anyone interested.
First you need a droideka and a crate of droid batteries. Make sure your a profession with a AOE attack ie commando's plasma mine or medics nerve gas. I have found medic to be the better of the two.

Now travel to the Ryatt trail and go to waypoint -327 179 -50. That will put you at the base of a tree next to the feral wook camp. Now put your AOE attack in the first slot on your toolbar (ensure that you can fire actions from toolbar) and pull out your droideka who is programmed to attack when you say attack and follow you when you say follow. Stand facing the wookiees and run this macro:
Macro name-grind

/ui action cycleTargetOutward;
/pause 3;
/say attack;
/pause 1;
/say follow;
/pause 1;
/ui action toolbarSlot00;
/macro grind;

By standing in this spot you are unattackable however your droid can still attack with your AOE and your AOE attack will pull the wooks off the droid.

Attacked by the wookiee's? If you stand in that spot at the base of the tree they cannot attack you.

I'm game to give this a try. May I ask, is the point to level, or loot? What CL is required to try this?

As an aside, I use an old guide that is here somewhere, it allows me to use a CL74-76 medic to solo level to 90.

You can use this for either. The wookiees drop around 1k credits each plus junk loot. The players I originally found doing this were from a powerleveling company so it is used for leveling as well. Although I am unsure as to how they acually got the lower level toon to this location. I have seen them as low as level 13 in there though.

Just stand as close to the tree as possible and monitor your health bar. There is a place where the wooks can't hit you.

Yay - works perfectly must be at least a level 38 medic or 36 commando to make this work efficiently

Works. A bit slow, but nice when you don't have a group.
