what level of ryatt trial am i supposed to try this on? shadowlands?

This is common knowledge nowadays anyway, not gonna get nerfed.. they already tried to and now you just need to be in a group.

why would you need to be in a group? do you mean group your droid? if you grouped with other players it would kill your xp.

When trying to call the droideka, I get a message saying you cannot call something more than 5 levels above you.
Anyone else?

Can someone please post a pic of where you should be ?

I cant seem to find the spot around the tree

It DOES work, i have grinded a couple of toons there in just over a week each toon. However, last time i tried it, (about 3 weeks ago), i got suspended by GMs for "geometry exploiting", i was warned that once more and i could get my account banned. My toons are in Starsider so it can be that its just too overcrowded so GMs spend more time down the Ryatt Trail, who knows?

I tried standing in a few places near/under around the tree and had no such luck, can someone post a screen shot?

Just wanted to update, still works perfectly, finished a toon during double xp last week and working on another now. The way I do it is to start as commando, at CL 5 do a few legacy quests and kill stuff around Eisley, at lvl 10 pick up remote detonator and head down to the trail. I usually do the first 20 or so levels only semi-afk, with another toon down there, and when the wookies are below half health I fire off a poison and kill them the rest of the way, quickens the pace a LOT and grinder still gets all xp since he did majority of damage. Once you can go medic (36?) do that, get expertise for poison damage/duration, and toss an evasion macro in when possible as well.

still works got me medic from 60 to 90 in less than 2 days

Pro Tip: Instead of spamming spatial chat use /tellpet attack etc.

Or even better just go into commands and there is Droid Attack and Droid Follow right in with your normal combat commands, then just pop those on your toolbar and into a macro, works much better.

This is what I was doing. Since the droid update you can have droid commands in your toolbar.
