Can someone who does this on a regular basis provide some guidance on how to get this to stick more consistantly? And will this work on any stat?

i think its the same mechanic as the way you used to be able to exploit fr2 and fr3 pre nge by logging out the game for 5-10 mins...when you logged back you would have the force run with no side affects

I use this trick with my Jedi using my Ent alt all the time. Tried with other buffs but none stick except run speed. Many times I have had the run speed not activate after logging back on and getting my regular buff but after taking a shuttle or starship it seems to activate and I start running faster for the extent of the 5 hour buff.

does this still work? i've attempted, but not managed to pull it off as of yet

Yay, this does work but not every time you try it... some times it'll work first time other times takes a good 3 or 4 goes.
