SWG Macros - AFK Spy Stealing : Star Wars Galaxies Bots | Hacks

this is probibly just some common knowledge about using assist and follow macros but wot the hell i aint looking for anything

as of update 7, spys can now steal collection parts and also have there own collection

so to get the most out of both i thought i would have a go at the Nightsisters for the WP and also the collection while i go

going with the server i am on, alot of ppl like to afk grind or just grind the

Nightsister Vs Singing Mountain POI

so i thoguth i would go there and have a look to see wot kind of afk thingi could do.

i got there and saw a jedi working his way throught all the NS then stoping and waiting til they spawn again so i thought of some macros that work.

With these Macros i have afk'd the POI for 3 days straight but coming back to check on the loot now and again. You dont need any buffs or pups or anything like that for this as u dont get detectd from stealth as you are not in combat at anytime

the macros are again just common knowledge, and here they are

who ever you find there afk grinding or just working there way through the spawn just do

/Follow *players Name*
/pause 1;
/Assist *players Name*
/m Follow

This will make you target what the player is targeting and also follow them
then put the steal icon on ur toolbar and make a masic toolbar macro

/ui action toolbarSlot00;
/pause 1;
/m Steal

something liek that.

Everyone knows that stealing is like looting its all down to RL luck and the roll of the dice

Luckily for me the dice were in my pocket as i have stole 2 4/5 WP and i have now got 4 of the Spy Knucklers


Again i aint looking for anything but i thoguth i would share this info with all of you just incase u werent sure where or how to afk steal things

you are assisting the player you are following there for you are targeting
who/what their targeting the only draw back is if they keep moving you
may get uncloaked and you may not be in range all of the time its still nice
macro and idea

u dont get uncloakd, u aint in combat so u can get uncloakd

if npc aoe puts you in agro you may get uncloked !!!!

any NPC has a chance to decloak you. it's called being caught and it can happen.
i also found that this method, while it has merit, seldom works as you need to be very close to the NPC to steal. i tried this and watch as my spy followed a jedi and found that 99% of the time i was not close enough to steal from the NPC. your character follows and stays a good 5 to 8 metres from your following target, this puts you eve further away from the target you're trying to steal from

Come on guys, use the heed! Find a static group of AFK'ers like at the nightsisters camps etc.

Yes you will get decloaked from time to time but a simple solution is to put 'without a trace' in tool bar slot 2 and change your steal macro to:

AUTO RE-CLOAK!

/ui action toolbarSlot00;
/pause 0.5;
/ui action toolbarSlot01;
/m Steal

Now when you are decloaked, you will automatically re-cloak. It's not the AOE that decloaks you it's being caught by the NPC you are stealing from. Get your cammo up high and this will happen much less often. Since the AFK group is taking all the agro, you dont take any hits when you get decloaked.

I've done this all through the night and never had a problem. Lots of nice stated clothing for RE'ing.

The only disadvantage to this new method is the other people will see your 'puff of smoke' as you enter without a trace each time the macro fires it, but who cares? You are not having an impact on their loot .

Of course the other disadvantage with this macro in general is when the group log off or move away to use their ITV, you're left standing doing nothing. Just periodically check your PC and look for some new people to tag on to.
