While the purchase process screen pops up yank your cat 5
wait 2 seconds, recoonect cable.
You now have item, friend/alt has your money, you have your money.

My timing sucks, only 40% success rate.

P.S. This is one bria. I am not sure if the server issues are helping or hurting.

Is there a cap on how much you can set the item for?

I would tell more been trying to get it to work no luck here. I was sent this in an email thats all i got. Hoping someone can get it to work and make everyone happy

Cat5 is a type, the most common, of networking cable.

Cat5 is a type, the most common, of networking cable. BTW, this does not work and SWG has a unique serial number assigned to each item. If a duplicate of the item is found(database search) the person is interrogated and possibly banned.

But apparently this is a "credit" dupe and not an item dupe. Am I correct? So in that case it will be slightly harder to track and there is no multiple instances of an item. I would be interested to find if this actually works 100% for some people.

This was fixed a long time ago....

CONFIRMED. timing is difficult tho. also a suggestion so u dont get banned. if u dupe a ship you can re-deed it and then unpack it and a new Serial # is assigned.

yes tault but i didnt do it with a friends vendor. i did it with the bazar on theed during high lag. put ur item up for sale then while its loading yank the cable. i have heard of people using macro's to yank the item back into inventory b4 it finishes loading but it just seems easier to yank the cable. i HIGHLY suggest that u use ships so u can change the SN.

I can also confirm this. but didnt use bazaar or friends vendor. I used my alts vendor on another account . I didnt run any macro to retrive item. Went straight for the cat5 attack. I did use the ship method and didnt punch in a huge amount of credits for each sale. Can see someone dupin 20mill at a time for a headhunter . Played the safe route and kept it small. 40% ratio.. Ehh I could belive that. Mine was lil less but then on meds from surgery and maybe lil slower then normal. I pulled the plug right when it went into transaction. I would dupe enough to live comfortable. But the days of the 8bill dupe. Ehhh. To risky for me.
