Highest City Rank in a short time (Rank 5) : Star Wars Galaxies Nerfed Info

Ok, this is one of my best Exploits and it WORKS!

What you need:
1) a Char that you can delete!
2) Mayor of a City or Miltia Member
3) Many cheap houses


You have 200 metres to place many houses...

Create a n00b Char and place grant him the zoning rights and place a House in the city... Give admin rights to YOUR Char... don't forget to declare residence with your n00b char!

Now you can delete the Char and you can repeat it..

Maybe some houses will go away, but the Citizienship will NEVER go away! So you have a Rank 5 city with only 10 real houses or so.
