ok normaly u cant use this in a town however ive found one town so far that it works in planet Dantooine /Imp Oustpost you are able to "/call ride" in town

I think you'll find that Unfortunately, most people know this little trick at Imp starports. Until recently ITV were solid objects that you couldnt walk through, and people used to block the starport doors.
