SWG Guide: Doing HK with only 2 persons : Star Wars Galaxies Nerfed Info

The 2 pesons must be jedi's , i think it can work with Spy as well.

First part is the Taskmaster
One of the jedi's needs to agrot he task master and then both of the jedi's just kill Taskmaster's droids one by one untill their all dead and then they kill Taskmaster

Second part is the big green droid (forgot its name)
One of the jedi's has to run in and agro them all, while the other waits about 50 meters from them. then the first jedi's starts running to the second jedi. the second jedi uses a rifle to agro the big green droid
and then the first jedi uses "Cloack" to lose agro.
Now both jedi's can atack the green droid, without the other droids helping him. after he's dead just go and kill the other droids.

Third part is Forward commander i think.
One jedi goe's in and agro's some droids, while the other one waits 50 meter from them. then again the first jedi runs to the second and the second agro's one or two of the droids, then the first jedi cloack's, and that way you can kill the droids one by one.

Fourth part is Cy-M
Agro Cy-m back to where the Forward commander used to be, and then you can kill him there without all the beetle's helping him

Fifth part is the GK -opressor
I find it easier force run over the lava , to where HK spawns.
Now one of the jedi's agro's the GK opressor and runs back to HK while the other stands there and then starts shooting GK as well witha rifle. some of GK's helpers sohuld follow him but once the first jedi cloacks they will be gone and only GK will be there. hit him untill he goe's into he's protective mode and thena again. do the same.

6th part is HK
First go in and kill the squad on the left, then after their all dead kill the squad on the right. after that HK will spawn. just use rifle's to pull him back to where GK-opressor is, tho not to far, as you will get Agro from GK's droids that are still there if you go to far. so just pull him back with rifle's then snare him and dont let him get away.

Thats about it, ive done it loads of time's with my jedi friend and its real easy.

Of course it works this way but you can do it solo as well (it is even easier if you have a faction pet or droid).

Now, I prefer cleaning Oppressor mates to avoid bad surprises.

I am at work atm but will explain this in another thread if you really want.

The only requirement is to be a Jedi AFAIK (SB and FR are the way to do it, Jedi heal too).

All is question of agro range and how agro is maintained in SWG...once you understand this, HK lair is basically more impressive that actually dangerous.

Oh, and start finding Banes Crystal or other ELETRICAL dmg crystal...hte defense it grants when you proc is also very important (but not a must have).

If you have factionnal pet or Combat Droid, it is even way easier.

Yea, does this still work after Chap 6? Can anyone confirm this?

dont think its working since pub 6...because the bosses now hit harder...i soloed hk many times before pub 6 but now i think its impossible...

Step 5 causes the 2 squads of droids in step 6 to overspawn. There will be roughly 60-70 droids in each squad which will kill you in a second. There is a way to kill them as long as one person is a medic, but it takes timing and skill with a lot of rez'ing.

This no longer works post-CH8 due to increase in damage output by npcs.
