Gunboats

Gunboats are soem of the hardest things to kill in JTL. They have a blind spot underneath them, or if your going against more than 1, stay 550m behind them, they wont fire and if you fire(even with target thing saying out of range) youll hit 2/3 shots(if lined up right). Shoot ones engine down to about 3% and all 3 will slow down, destroy it and other 2 will go fast.

Corvette

By far the easiest method to soloing the Corvette is to first destroy guns 4 and 5. This will create a blind spot on the vette where it wont be able to hit you. Then, make sure to fly in front and do a 180 to hit shields for the easiest hit, be exactly 90 degrees above the reactor or you may have some issues hitting it. The rest is easy afterwards. Smile

ISD

To destroy a ISD solo, the best thing to do is start out from a safe distance and swoop in fast, attacking as you swoop in while doing shield shunts. While doing this, try to fly as close as possible to the bridge, and you will hit a blind spot where the turrets cant hit you. Just keep repeatign this, and the ISD will be down in no time.

Recommended Ship: The recommended ship for all of these are, of course, the JSF equipped with a good shield and a fast engine with a booster. The good news is that guns dont actually play a major role in this. Basically concentrate on a good shield and engine.

Nay. Again this is just another quick and sloppy attempt to explain something that is done better elsewhere.

Gun 4 is on the topside of the Corvette and doesn't help to improve the blindspot. Everyone knows about gun 5.

Apparently this guy is just trying to half-ass his way into a premium. He should go do his homework and write a real guide.

Im going to agree with bball_jerk on this. There are already plenty of guides here for this type of thing, as well as the official forums.
