Profession Bugs : Star Wars Galaxies Nerfed Info

Well over the tim ive played in the NGE ive noticed some profession bugs.

1) Bounty Hunter Sniper shot 4 stronger then 6

2) Commando plasma mine 1 stronger then 2

3) Medic Vital Strike 1 is on a different timer then 2-7

these may have been posted here before but these arent new, ive been useing these since the beginning of the NGE.
