SWG Exploit - Ent with lightsaber : Star Wars Galaxies Nerfed Info

It's really pretty simple, become a jedi and grind untill you get a lightsaber (personally i got to level 90 and had a jinsu).

Then head to the profession counselor (con artist) MAKE SURE THE LIGHTSABER IS IN YOUR HAND! Change to ent and there you go a entertainer with a lightsaber, i was walking around with a 1200 odd dps jinsu at level 5.

yay, also works the other way aswell, i grined a ent to 90 equipd a GBF then changed to mando, lvl 10 mando with a GBF 1 hit and dead

yay, it works as it does with spies and also smugglers last time I checked.

I was under the impression that this was common knowledge... Change profs with a LS equipped and you keep it. I have an ent and a crafter with sabers equipped... This does work, but I guess I was wrong about everyone knowing about it!

Alright, Moved to a confirmed section and submitted for premium.

I tried this from lvl 90 ent /w a lvl 90 weapon and went to a combat class and when I log out he un-equips the weapon.

That would be correct. I did this on test center when I changed from lvl 90 bh to ent and when I logged out I unequipped my carbine.

I respected from cl 90 jedi to lvl 5 structures trader and had my 1297 DPS 89 element juyo still in my hand. It works

If you unequip it though, you cant re-equip it so be careful.

Nerfed, unequiped @ logout.

Can another member confirm this to be nerfed so it can be moved to the nerfed area.

Yes it uneuips @ log out, but untill then it was fun running around as a medic with a jinsu. Not totally nerfed

Nerfed in a recent update, all non-profession items now unequipped at respec.
