not sure if its just my dumb luck or this still works from last year... in theed if ur comming down the stairs of the palace there is a fire couldren on the left stand next to it and vader will call ur name... as i said this worked last year and its worked for me

its totally random as far as I have seen, been badged with three toons.

a guild mate of mind, lined up three of her toons in front of Vader @ the same time and out of all the PCs around they all three got it @ the same time.

That was a little freaky.

I showed up just as Lea was about to announce the names and I got called as I was just getting off my swoop. Meaning I wasn't there when she landed.

Others in two of the guilds I am in have Multiple toons and there isn't any clear pattern or location to be picked from what we all have seen.
