No I didnt and have a suspicous inclination that, that was the problem so Im doing it again with another alt set. I will report back in 2 weeks =(

confirmed! it just worked for me. i heard about this same thing from a guildy and i just won the election last week. thats not true wiggens. i drop my no trades all the time. how do you explain all the jedi robes hanging on peoples walls. i have a room full of robes and lightsabers in my house that i decorated yesterday.

Can you pick up the No Trade (Bio Linked) Items with your alts though?

It takes a while but this works with guild halls (problem is the person getting the stuff needs to be guild leader, and it takes 28 days) but here it is, drop all your no trade stuff in YOUR guild hall (yours personally, so you can drop no trade stuff) then don't log in for 28 days, the guild leader walks in transfers PA lots to himself and gets all the no trade stuff in the GH

It does still work with guild halls but it takes a long time.

negative i tried it about a month back and it doesnt work, even with a guildhall.

one more confirmation its nerfed then moved

I don't know how your trying to do it but i can still drop my no trade stuff in my guild hall and the guild leader can take it after 28 days. It does work I picked up another guild hall not 5 hours ago.

but those items are only retrievable by the owner, he cant pick them up. this has been nurfed mod plz move it to proper section

i do believe you are wrong about some of this, as i have dropped my no trade items in a house, and my alt has admin rights to this house, and my alt can pick these items up. the only item i havent tried was the respec kit.
