I can't get any of my droids to attack (with or w/o the macro). Didn't the dev's nerf droid attacks a while back?

I was able to call two droids at once (that's all I had in my inventory).

In order to get them to attack, you have to attack first. The droids then join in.

Also, you have to keep aggro, or the mobs will attack and kill your droid which then auto stores.

Finally, I could not call droids when in combat.

Edit: up to 4 droids now, the system wouldn't let me use the 5th deed, maybe because I have a lot of pre-nge pets in the data pad. will try transfering them to another toon and see if I can get 5 (or more).

can't get them to follow so you have to pull them out and put them away for each enemy unless you stay still...and the only time I've gotten them all to attack is when they responded to me being attacked. As far as I can tell there's no way to get all of them to attack by command.


number 1 &2 confirm what he said works.... just because it doesnt interest you doesnt mean it isnt a valid sploit.

and yes i tried it and it works and they do obey me, so thats a

I just read on the SWG official forums that one person can control 8 droids via the "befriend" command, i.e. if group members each call 1 droid (so does the "friend') and has it befriend one player, that player can then control all of them. see http://soe.lithium.com/swg/board/message?board.id=swggpdiscussion&message.id=1103430

so..lets say its possible using the exploit, for each person to call 5 droids and the befriend...that's 30 droids controlled by one person.

Who's up to the challenge to test this out?

it works for me and a friend of mine, flawless. You just need to buy a fac crate of 25 droid batteries and you will be all set for a while, thats what i did.

I have tried this both ways, and nothing. 2 pot up but then one will disappear really quick quick with the message " Already have the max number of pet allowed. Is this still working for anyone else?

ok nvm that,i got it to bring out 3 droids. only problem i hvae now is getting them to group and fight. i made sure they were all at 100% and i tired setting diff commands for all the droids, 2 of them just act like paper weights.
