DAOC - Vista Users : DAOC News

We've become aware of an issue with players that are using the Vista operating system having difficulty logging into the game. Please following the instructions below to help you get logged in:

Please note: This is for Vista users only


Here is what you need to do:

* Right click on the shortcut you use to launch DAOC
* Select "Properties"
* Click on the “Compatibility” tab
* Check the "Run as administrator" box
* Click on the “Shortcut” tab
* Click the "Advanced" button
* Check the "Run as administrator" box
* Click OK then APPLY then OK
