Where to solo quest at Level 28 : Vanguard Discussion

Looking for a good place to solo quest at Level 28. I have finished all the River Valley quests and looking for a new place to go. Thanks in Advance.

There are a few at Norther Border on Thestra. Not enough to get you through a level, but if you don't mind grinding mobs, they are relatively uncamped (at least on Hilsbury). If you get yourself a healing partner, there's a lot more you can do.
